Public Events

 

AVR is sponsoring events around Vermont.

We have a set of educational materials for loan.

 

v        Explain how to read product labels.  For example, cleaners with labels saying Caution, Warning or Danger contain hazardous chemicals that are toxic to human health and the environment.

 

v        Show retail products that are non-toxic or less toxic.

 

v        Show time-honored home recipes, made with common kitchen staples, like baking soda and vinegar.

 

We will reach the public via :

 

Exhibit Tables at Home Shows and Fairs

Presentations & Workshops

Brochures & posters in Public Spaces (like Doctor’s offices)

Radio and Newspaper Campaign
